Hey friends,
Quick thing: This week is Giving Tuesday, and if you’re planning to support a nonprofit this year, I’d love if you kept Mamas in Music in mind.
MiM has been a lot of love and grassroots effort to make sure mothers and caregivers in the music world aren’t pushed out or overlooked. We’ve built so much with almost no budget such as programs, support spaces and opportunities all run by volunteers who care a little too much (hi, it’s me).
This year, we’re trying to bring in a new level of support so we can actually meet the need we’re seeing; Caregivers in music deserve a safe nurturing community, and we want to sustain that in a real way.
